  1. Do in pernicious anemia, gastric cells do not secrete enough intrinsic factor (IF) for the transport of vitamin B12 undigested red meat in the blood vessels of the intestine. Thus, the body lacks vitamin B12 and you should take pictures of Vit B12 in their blood cells (RBC) can be trained to carry oxygen to body tissues. Without oxygen, the cells of the body, is a lack of oxidation for the formation of energy required. Fatigue is a common symptom. Vitamin B12 injections or sublingual (under the tongue) of vitamin B12 can be used to be treated. A family member can be trained, injections and family must understand that the patient could be quickly tire. It is also important to understand that this may be a genetic disease. Risk factors include family history of pernicious anemia, Scandinavian or Northern European descent, and a history of autoimmune diseases of the endocrine system.
