You can restore in 48 tested up to 72 hours and the nurse feels measure of inflammation and, if necessary. More than 5 mm is positive. Be sure to also cover redness and measured. If swelling or redness, then the nurse position. If the PPD (Mantoux) was positive, swelling and redness occur in 48 to 72 hours after the test started. If you have no swelling or redness, which is a good sign they have not been exposed to tuberculosis. Here are some good sites that explain in detail.

Nothing, some people have a small red spot. Well, if positive, it could be 5 mm or more.
