Making my hubby coconut shrimp for dinner, what is a good side dish? - coconut and diverticulitis

My husband and I LOVE coconut shrimp and I think it was special for a dinner. I do not know what is connected with it. All ideas on the side of coconut shrimp? Not very elegant, just something delicious! Thank you!

  2. CONFETTI RICE

    1 cup rice
    1-1/3 cups water or broth
    1 teaspoon of tea. Salt
    1 teaspoon of tea. Garlic powder
    1 cup carrots, julienned 2 cm long
    1 / 2 cup chopped red onion
    1 cup chopped zucchini, 1 / 4 inches square
    1 / 2 cup frozen corn kernels
    1 / 2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1 / 2 cup frozen peas
    2 v. soup. chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon thyme or marjoram

    Put rice, water, salt and garlic powder in a saucepan with tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. After 10 minutes, add carrots and onions. Another steam 5 minutes, then add the remaining vegetables. Remove from heat, leave the lid for 5 minutes. Fluff rice and vegetables distributed to rice. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.

    Basmati Rice Herbs

    1 cup raw long-grain white () basmati rice
    1 3 / 4 cups water
    3 / 4 c. Tea kosher salt
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tbsp chopped parsley and fresh salad
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, White and green parts
    Pinch freshly ground black pepper

    Combine rice, 1 3 / 4 cups water, salt and butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat reduce heat to stir too low, and simmer, tightly covered, for 15 minutes. I need to (the average pot burner to prevent spills.) Turn off the heat and let rice sit, covered for 5 minutes. Parsley, dill, chives and pepper. Stir with a fork and serve hot.

    Sensation Salad

    1 / 2-3 / 4 pound finely ground peccorino Romano cheese

    4 c. Tea. Balsamic Vinegar
    6 garlic cloves, fruit pulp and juice from all

  3. In India, we would make a raita "simple" (salad), with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and turnips on chopped green peppers - all drenched in cheese [yogurt] unsweetened taste with salt and pepper if necessary.
    ... This salad is served as a dish that goes very well with any meat or fish is ideal.
